This is one of my favorite locations in the winter because there is a large section of green (and I mean GREEN) grass. It’s so green that I actually have to tone it down on the computer because most viewers would think “Wow, she really over-saturated that green grass”! This family was wonderful! The boys [...] Reverse psychology. I figured out pretty quickly that this little guy would do just about anything if I told him not to. I’d say “Don’t you dare go sit in my green chair” and he would immediately go do just that. It worked the entire time. Well, the entire time except when he was running [...] I know to allow extra time to find parking when I go to this location. BUT I figured (and here’s where I went wrong) that it had poured the day before, it was going to be a mud pit, and it was getting late in the day….surely, it wouldn’t be a problem to find parking. [...] We were going to do a little bit inside and then a lot outside but it got really dark and rained so it ended up being the other way around. Gorgeous kids…I loved their eyes! [...] Also friends/neighbors of ours that I get to photograph every year. Drew loves to play with their son and the girls love to pamper their little girl. Last year at their session I snapped an action shot that I loved and this year (the last picture on the sneak peek) we got another action shot [...] Wonderful family that I was excited to meet. The mom had emailed me about the mini sessions when I first posted info about them and wrote me the kindest words ever. They drove quite a ways for their session and the dad was a trooper (even if he didn’t get to fish after that long [...] These are the kids of our friends/neighbors and our kids play together quite a lot. The day I picked up these tires I was with their mom and actually in her vehicle. I owed them a tire shoot:) [...] This is a really good friend of mine and her family. They did their session first and then she stayed and helped me the rest of the day. So, a few days later I have her come over to look over her pictures to pick the ones she wanted me to edit and all I [...] Wow, it seems like everyone that I’ve worked with lately is expecting a newborn or just had one. So, here’s another one that is expecting and can’t wait to meet her!! Their daughter is ALL smiles and you’ve gotta love that with her big, adorable dimples. [...] |
