It had been 2 years since I had seen this family and their kiddos sure have grown! It was great to see them and catch up.

Honored that I get to watch families grow. Just like this one. I’ve seen them go from a family of 3 to now a family of 5 and it’s so special to see the personalities develop of the little ones. Their oldest is still so sweet and good-natured. He is such a helper and does everything that we ask him to do. Their middle child is a big ol’ walking smile. She is the definition of happy and just as cute as can be. She could put me in the best mood just by editing her pictures. Their new baby girl was pretty easy going, too. I think she loved it outdoors.
Such a princess with a major love of rocks and sticks! I almost edited the gravel off of her legs in the first picture but decided against it because she was having such a great time playing and gathering rocks to keep. It’s so her at this time in her life. Her sweet brother has grown so much and most of his curls are gone but he’s just as adorable as ever. Loved seeing you guys again for 2013:-) Mr. S is quite charming. Any baby that will leave a hat on and smile at the same time really knows how to charm his family and the photographer. He is such a happy baby with a family that absolutely adores him!!

This little heartbreaker wasn’t quite sure about me but let him play with mom and dad or show him his favorite things on a tablet and there were immediate smiles. And when that didn’t work anymore they would play the phone sound that he knows is calling his grandmother and we’d get big smiles again! What a precious baby boy and his big sister was so cute with him. He decided he wanted to be awake for part of the session so we worked in some open eye shots before getting some sleeping baby shots.
It was sister time and momma and her girls time for the pictures. Between the swarms of mosquitoes, afternoon rain and schedules I was afraid that we wouldn’t be able to pull off a session that day. Luckily, we held out and it worked out after all. They were such troopers because it was humid with lots of biting bugs! This gorgeous momma grew up with my younger sister-in-law so I remember her as a teenager. That makes it hard to believe that she is so grown up with a beautiful family and makes me realize that if she’s old enough for that then I’m getting super old!! The newest addition to this sweet family. I think his sister already loves and adores him! Love the dimples that they have! You can’t see them on Baby R in these pictures but he has them. |
