We went back and forth trying to decide on the perfect “country” setting and we ended up at this location. It was perfect for what they wanted. A barn, huge trees, fences and a wonderful family that I was looking forward to seeing! Great to see y’all:)
Whew!! Three blog posts tonight and I’m feeling pretty good about that. I’ve been extremely busy the past several weeks and the blog is down on the priority list while I try and keep up with editing. In fact, the sneak peeks will probably start being pretty small. Hopefully not, but we’ll see. More to come tomorrow… Another adorable little girl and her parents. She played shy for just a bit but then her smiles started coming out. It was great to meet you guys:)
It was great to meet up with this family again. It had been a year and little man has gotten quite a bit bigger but just as cute (if not more)!! Mom’s dad and sister joined in for some of the pictures, too. It was great seeing you guys again. Thanks for being so patient on your peek:)
My niece…one of the sassiest and most adorable 2-year-olds I know! Here’s some pics with her parents and also some from her 2-year-old session this past spring. Where do you go when you have a super fast little one that isn’t interested in taking pictures? A park where they have to slow down at some point to get on, off and play on the play structures:)

We met up on what seemed like a good weather day but not too long into the session the wind started to blow like crazy! Before long we had to do pictures in an area that would help block the wind. The boys had fun being silly with each other and then running with their dad. And us girls had fun standing and watching them run:)
Seriously love these girls! They are so much fun and totally play off of each other. I have just as many if not more pictures of their silliness and I adore them because they truly reflect their sweet & sassy personalities. I always have fun with you girlies…thanks for making me smile all throughout the session. Hope you enjoy your peek:)
These are the parents-to-be in a blog post recently that didn’t know if they were having a boy or girl. Mom-to-be thought it was a boy while dad-to-be guessed girl….at least those were their predictions at the maternity shoot. It was a little boy and he is just perfect. Some people don’t like to call baby boys pretty but oh my is he a pretty baby! He has perfect hair, flawless skin, and was all about curling up and doing just about anything for us. Congrats Lindsay and Matt…he really is so, so sweet and I’m so glad that we were able to do his session:) Meet Mr. D….. I swear this year has flown by faster than any other year. My kids are getting so big and I’m realizing how everyone that said to enjoy this time when your children are little because it goes so fast is telling the truth! Another time that I’m reminded that time is flying is when I get contacted to do a shoot for a child that is turning a year old. I can never believe that it’s been a year since newborn picture sessions and that’s exactly what happened with Miss H. How did she get so big??? Love her sweet little smile Miss N was a little bit older when we did the session but she did great. She was wide awake for most of the time which got us some adorable open eye shots and then after being tuckered out we were able to get some sleepy baby ones. It was great to meet you guys….hope you enjoy the sneak peek:) Isn’t she gorgeous? |
