Littlest Miss had me laughing…a lot. She has a ton of personality and there was no making/bribing/pleading with her to sit still or pose. Her older sisters are such great sports and did whatever was necessary for everyone to be in some shots together. They were stacked…they had to run…and run and run…they played Ring [...]

One of my regular families that I adore. Mom had scheduled the shoot months and months in advance….we’re in a drought….I can probably count on one hand the number of times that it’s rained this year…and wouldn’t you know that it started raining on this day. Being bound and determined to make it happen since [...] Sweet baby girl that was pretty tiny but had the longest fingers and feet! She was the last newborn session last week and we couldn’t have ended on a better note. She slept really, really good, let me move her over and over, and gave a few smiles. Mom wasn’t planning on getting in any [...] Miss A has such a sweet personality. She put up with posing on her tummy a lot and the terrible heat like a little pro. Her big brother was also talked/tricked/coerced into some pictures and then he was able to move on to something much funner with grandma. He went and played in the water [...] I feel like I’m watching these kids grow before my eyes. I see them several times a year and each time they look so much older. Their youngest daughter is apparently a little fish because she went right out in the water in her pretty pink dress and plopped down. She would lay, splash around, [...] Sweet baby Phoebe belongs to some of our friends that live down the street. We were so excited to find out what she would be….bets were going as to boy or girl and not to brag or anything but someone in this house said “girl”. And that someone is female and types up blog posts:) [...] He was just as sweet as he looks. He slept good, gave us some smiles, and posed like a champ. I think he’s absolutely precious and he gave me my baby fix until the next newborn:) Thanks for your patience…hope you enjoy! [...] This family came up with doing the session at the location where they got married. I was so excited to see green, green grass and blooming flowers since it hasn’t rained in so long and everything looks brown and is dying. It was such a beautiful area. Their kiddos were so well-behaved and game for [...] They’ve been married 10+ years but had never had any real pictures taken in their wedding attire so we headed out to the park with their dog baby, Buddy. Buddy looks a LOT like my dog, Chips, except much better behaved! You guys were a joy to work with. Tell Buddy I said hello:) [...] These were her 13 year pictures. She is normally not a dress-wearing getting-all-dolled-up type of girl so she was a little unsure about how this would go but I think she did awesome and looks gorgeous.
