I’m so new to this blogging thing that I’m still trying to figure out how to get the pictures onto here looking the same as they really look. On the computer they are so sharp and clear and then I load them onto the blog and they become grainy. I’m experimenting with putting them on Photobucket first and we’ll see if that helps. If anyone has any suggestions please let me know!!
We had a crazy busy weekend with birthday parties and such, but it was good. Here’s some pics from a super-quick pic session at a field I’ve been eyeing for months. I’m afraid someone’s going to mow it down so I had to move in quickly. The sun was still really bright so I didn’t get any good face shots because of major squinting, but the backlighting on her hair looked pretty cool.
When I asked them to line up along the wall this is what they naturally did…HILARIOUS!
I was mainly doing senior pictures of the oldest son in this family. However, the mom was hoping to get some of all 5 kids before he moved out and the family dynamics changed forever. She apologized in advance for their “attitudes” they might give about the whole photoshoot, but I have to say I had a blast with them. They were totally themselves and helped come up with some super-fun poses.
One kid loved the Easter Bunny, but D sure didn’t.
Are they not the most adorable couple you’ve ever seen? And she’s one hip grandma, just look at her outfit.
Miss C and one of her favorite people. She made Travis promise to help her find easter eggs.
We took our annual Easter trip to Chad’s MaMa and PaPa’s farm this past weekend. The kids had a blast as usual. They love seeing the other kids and playing around the farm. It was crazy cold from what we’re used to. We had to search for clothes to pack as we’d already gotten into shorts and tee’s at home. D was a little stinker during the ride and was non-stop into EVERYTHING while we were there. I hope this is a phase. (Yeah right, wishful thinking! ha) Here’s some pics from the fun.
My most recent project is doing a photoshoot for a local children’s resale shop. The shop chose 8 models for the year and I’m doing the advertisement shots of the models. Monday we did pics of 5 models and I’m trying to proof them all, but so want to play with this little cutie’s pics. Check her out!
