One Year

9 Months

and she’s walking. Not just unsteady steps but like when you put her down she is off! She is so adorable though with her little bottom teeth shining bright every time she smiles.

On a personal note my mom has been put in the hospital twice since last Thursday and is there now. I’ve had a lot of hours there and am quickly falling behind on everything. I’m trying to not have to cancel any sessions but I may be a little behind on sneak peeks and proofs. This is when I really wished that I worked off of a laptop. Personally, I don’t like the feel of working on them but oh the work I could have done if I would have had a laptop with me. I hope everyone understands and please know that I haven’t forgotten your pics.

Beach 2010

Parents, grandparents, and 4 kiddos for this beach session. They found a great new neighborhood on the beach for this session and I loved it. When the grandparents arrived first they were surprised to find a sandcastle-building contest going on with tons of people on the beach (oh no!) but by the time that we met up for the session they had cleared out (great news for us!).

Family of 3 and 1-more-to-be

This session has to be the hottest, stickiest sauna-like session so far this year!! If only there had been a breeze of some kind! They have another little one on the way and mom looks fabulous.

Hope you enjoy your peek:)

Beautiful Girls

Such sweet and well-mannered little girls. Their youngest was pretty spunky and ready to be on the go…but who can blame her! So adorable. They brought their dog along as well for a few of the pictures and she’s a girl too. Poor dad is really outnumbered!

Thanks for meeting with me L family. I had a ton of fun with you and your precious girls!

Family Session of 4

Another one of the families that had to be re-scheduled a zillion times because of weather issues….so glad we finally were able to meet up without rain! They are Saints fans and dressed for the occasion. Hope you enjoy the sneak peek:)

Brothers

These brothers are so adorable! They love baseball…the whole family does…and they came equipped to take some baseball-themed pictures along with some traditional ones. They did really good. The older one was a little shy while the younger one can melt you with his willing, smiling nature and sparkle in his eyes.

Talented Senior…

that can make a dumpster look super cool and has more talent in her pinky than I have in my entire body. She’s a dancer and will be doing her dancing thing at the University of Texas this fall. (Take a look at the paint color splattered on the dumpster pic…I know it’s a little bright but cool just the same!) I’m so excited for her and her future. I know she’s going to go far.

Hope you enjoy your peek!!

Here’s the point where I realized I was in pain just watching her:)

Sleepy Boy

Loved his hair-do…loved that he slept for the first 20 minutes or so and let me move him around to snap hundreds of sleepy pictures in a park….loved that he would look up for a few pictures while on his belly even though he hasn’t quite mastered it…loved how sweet his big sister was with him.

Isn’t he adorable???!!!

Mr. E and his momma

We hit some of my favorite spots….the watermelon boat, the orange chair, the graffiti wall. And it was almost as if I was hanging with my own son Drew because Mr. E said and did so many similar things! He is a little character and adores his mom and grandma (who was hanging with us too).

Hope you enjoy your peek:) It was a BLAST!

I love how you can see his little hand wrapped around her neck under her hair in the B&W pic.

One hot mom!
